Still can’t quite believe how well we played yesterday.
The thing that stood out most for me was that we played with both a coherent style and panache. Had a feeling we would see better football this season, based upon the way the new side has been assembled, but never expected to see it so soon.
Not knocking him at all, but refreshing to see so many players contributing in a positive manner, rather than simply looking to get the ball to Freeman and hope for the best.
