Thought Pugh was quality. He does a lot of his work off the ball so goes unnoticed Think he lost possession quite often and his passes in the final third were poor. |

I see him as last season`s Eze: Still a bit raw. BOS of lifetime. No end product. You expect too much too soon of him, I think. His vision, passing and movements are very good imo.. |

The BFG sub changed the game and the way MW was how I saw it myself both in the first and second half.

He speaks very well does MW. Good that he recognised that the first half was our worst of the season and that he acknowledged that we can’t keep saying we played well for no reward.
Not once have I heard him say anything stupid. Only ever concise and accurate comments on the game.
Early days, but I’m hopeful we might have got it right at long last.

That Eze assist with the outside of his boot to Hugill is reminiscent of Taarabt's genius assist for Ishmael Miller in our 2010/11 promotion season. Hugill's finish was pretty special too, also with outside of the boot. Keep this up and we'll have some real contenders for goal of the season, not forgetting Eze's at Stoke. |

We've played the bottom three teams - beat two and drawn one of them.
And played two teams in the top four - lost them both and yet outplayed them both for most of the games.
An interesting early indication 5 games into the season...

That Eze assist with the outside of his boot to Hugill is reminiscent of Taarabt's genius assist for Ishmael Miller in our 2010/11 promotion season. Best thing about the Warbs interview was that he admitted how poor we were for the first goal. We have to work harder at the back. Its that simple and he knows it. If we can tighten up we'll be fine.
Good result, good effort including an absolutely world class miss (and a missed red).
