i think we may actually be entitled to a very small fee based on him having been a part of our academy for a significant amount of time.
irc the FA did implement something like that a few years ago to help the youth clubs and encourage teams to invest in youth development.
it's not anything major, something like 0.2% or something. i think its called a solidarity fee but its very common in south american clubs.
