1.) Why would he come back here? He didn't deserve the sack first time round, then he was overlooked in favour JFH a few years later? I doubt he'd want anything to do with us as long as Les and TF are involved in the club.
2.) In what capacity? He ain't a coach. He's not what we'd need in the boardroom and Warburton should be given time. As much as he frustrates me, Warburton has probably shown more promise than any manager since Warnock.
Warnock should probably retire now. He's had a great career and no doubt earned a few quid!

I would stick with him for a few seasons as he seems to have done more good than harm at the club. He has a few blind spots but that is where John Eustace and Neil Banfield have a part to play; to get him to see where his faults lay and how to put that right. We are doing OK this season. |
