New Member (Hello) Leg room?
Don't judge, QPR are not my first team but you very kindly gave us Stanley which I will always appreciate. We gave you a good game in the League Cup earlier this season as well. I'm not an R, I'm a O!!!!
Anyway, as I'm now retired I thinking of taking in a few games at Loftus Road, starting with Blackpool next Tuesday.
However, last time I was down there it was for a pre season friendly against Watford, I think I was in the main stand and there was next to no leg room. So, where is the best place for giants (6ft 4inch) to sit
Thanks in advance

i'm 6'4 too and its bad leg room everywhere sadly. my tactic is to wait until the chair digs into my knees so much that they go numb!
your best bet would be to get an aisle seat, that way you can stretch and turn in your seat a bit more.

Best place for 6’4” guy is Tottingham’s new place. You could buy two seats at our place - one for your arse and one in front for your legs…?

Can’t think of too many Leyton Orient players that joined us down the years, except perhaps Terry Mancini ?
It was reported that Paul Smyth suffered a collapsed Lung a couple a few weeks ago,,what have been your overall impressions of him as a player since he joined Orient.
Although he didn’t get too many games in our first team he looked to have bright future when scoring on his debut 4 or 5 years ago.
Have Orient got any promising players that we don’t have enough money to buy ?

Glenn Roeder came from Orient back in the day. One of my all time favourites. As for the seats, sorry O its a complaint we have all been making for years but until we get a new ground (which is the other side of never) we have to live with it. Hopefully the atmosphere makes up for it.

Try and sit up straight and push yr legs under the seat. There will be plenty of empties on the nite so u can stretch out over a few seats

Thanks everyone. Think I'll try The Ellerslie Road Stand around block S.
As for Paul Smyth, haven't seen a lot from him as he was injured pre season and only played half a dozen games before the lung injury. He seems a feisty character and was looking forward to seeing more of him.
Blackpool's captain is our old 'Big Marv' who we picked up from the lower reaches of non league, when we ourselves were non league. Impressive from the get go.
Not sure if our old boy Moses will get a game. Such a shame for the lad who had such promise before an injury kept him out for a year after starring for Hull in their Championship play off success.

He came through the young ranks as a RB and scored from there on his first full game, which was the last game of the season. The following season he played all but 2 league games and at L1 level he stood out as a great prospect. He played the later part of that season and all 46 of the following in the right of midfield, but not as an outright winger. Scored those 10 goals and off to the Championship he went. I'm convinced if he hadn't sustained that major injury that kept him out of playing for Hull in the PL, he would have gone on to great things. How was Bonne with you? Scored loads for us but he was given great service, felt the Championship was a bit above his level.Seems settled in L1 on loan at his home town club Ipswich
