Another waste of time loan same as Matt Smith.
I like MW but do wonder what’s going through his head at times.

Another waste of time loan same as Matt Smith. I like MW but do wonder what’s going through his head at times. Bit harsh mate. 1 player highly rated at Spurs, the other rated at Man City. Most clubs in this division would have probably taken them on given the opportunity. I'm actually very surprised at how poor Clarke has been, and I don't think we saw enough of Smith to even make a judgement.

Still no problem with this one given Wells was off as in the event Hughill pulls up we would have no frontline. Perfectly sensible to add him to ranks

Playing on the right wing, you struggle to see what all the fuss is about but when he played on the left, you could see why he was so highly thought of. I certainly won't be writing him off after a few minutes in a hooped shirt.

Like both of them and Clarke will have a good career as the ability is there. Not sure how we can truly judge either when all they have not had a sustained run in the team.

Exactly. Impossible to clearly judge. Young player, still learning and hasn't had a run in the side.

I think you missed my point.
A waste of time loan as he’s not getting any game time!!
He was brought back from Leeds due to lack of game time and we don’t give the kid any either. When he came on against Bristol City for a matter of minutes you could instantly see his quality.
Since then not a sniff. Been playing for the U23’s
Waste of time and he must be thinking why did I bother coming here.

I wish we were asking for the same opportunity to be given to Shodipo. A couple of years or so ago that other board was alive with 'wait until you see Shodipo' posts. When Holloway eventually gave him a chance he looked promising only for Peaky Blunder to destroy his confidence by saying he couldn't defend. The club then sends him out to Port Vale to sit on the bench then get injured. I think the guy has had a raw deal and it's about time HE got the chance to show if he's any good or not. If we're not going up or down, and we might sell BOS, what's he got to do?

Always injured not sure how we can blame club. Think he has something but if he’s always injured how long do you give him

MW sees him everyday so obviously knows best but can't help but agree that he's had a raw deal.

Not injured now but usually is.
I like him and what I’ve seen of him, I would have him well involved next season. Perhaps there easing him in as they know hes fragile

Similar feelings about Oteh, banging them in as a kid - any good or dead wood? Isn't now the time to find out?

So I think he still has a chance to make it in the championship

Saw him run half-arsed towards a ball against Birmingham as well as get confused when he played the ball to Kane who wanted him to run the line (which he didnt).
Hasn't had much of a chance but from what I've seen he is no better than Shodipo, who should be given games ahead of Clarke (IMO)

This is a strange one - if we aren't going to sign him, highly unlikely(!), then Shodipo should be showing us what he's got or not for next season. Why is Clarke here? Can't be right for him to be sitting on our bench.

Can't be right for him to be sitting on our bench. The one game he played on the left you could see he was oozing with talent but the other games on the right were not doing him any favours at all. I am a little concerned that he may be the makeweight in a deal for Ebere; MW would have to seriously work his magic.

So maybe we've had one worked on us. Shouldn't Spurs have taken responsibility for their player's health before loaning him out? Building up fitness is one thing but if there is an underlying health issue that's their problem.

That is also a worry then given you are expected to perform in front of huge crowds, very stressful.

I thought it was all Warburton's fault and that he doesn't know what he's doing by not playing Clarke...
