If we could play it a bit more safe from the start, it could possibly be that our defence got the chance to settle properly..imo.

Overreaction again. We are a mid table side. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. It’s where we are at the moment and it’s the nature of the league. Leeds are spending multi millions every year and losing at home to Wigan. It was only a couple of weeks ago we were beating Cardiff and Swansea by cricket scores and playing football like the 70s Brazil sides. Get a grip people it’s a tough league and Bristol city are a good side lightyears ahead of us financially. The overreactions when we win well and when we lose are a bit embarrassing. We aren’t going down and we aren’t going up at the moment. We have this whole “relegation dog fight” and “we’re in trouble” every year. Warbs has said time after time we will have good days and bad days. It’s a slow process

It's not an overreaction to point out that MW is very tactically limited. QED.
That isn't a player thing.

How would you suggest we play when we only have one senior striker to choose from?

This is the problem. The Forest fans did say he had no plan B. And you say this? What do you think you are on here? Coating others off with comments you don`t like?? Calm yourself down ffs. I said behave because we aren't in trouble, we lost to a very good side in great form today and in the second half could've nicked it. Put your toys back in the pram.

On a more serious note I think you should let me have my own opinion! Is that really that hard to get!! Case closed.

Long as we get points against the teams round us, which I think we will, we'll be fine. Starting next week away to Huddersfield.

We show to much respect to the opposition. Playing the clearly best keeper like he did today. We alledgedly knew that we could lose Wells, that`s why losing all the points we have done with Lumley in goal seems a bit odd to me now when we lose match after match.. Ps. I`m not saying we will lose to Huddersfield.

My concern is our striking options are limited and I do worry that a lack of goals could make it a less comfortable end of season that it should be. This needs addressing now for next sewson as we cannot have our top scorer being recalled again.

Today we were really poor , city edged it in the 1st half but second half are finishing was dire and build up play so slow. Lacklustre performances from eze and Bos , good players step up week in week out . We were worth at least a point today but again overplayed it at the back and no end product

Thought we looked knackered and off the pace most the match. Eze never looked interested snd his lack of intensity resulted in their goal
Only a Hughill and Amos put a proper shift in.
Gripe from me today there were two or three scrambles in the six yard box but it never ever results in a goal for us but when it’s on other foot it rebounds in. So frustrating

Should have said thought Clarke look lively and direct when he came on. Needed to shoot on couple of occasions but he’s exciting

Clarke and Hugill upfront? BOS and Shodipo on the wings. Could that work? Shodipo is effective from what I have seen of him.

We don't mix it up enough. We've a bit of pace, but we seldom use a longer diagonal / switch ball behind them to turn their back line. Thats not a striker thing, and its not a long ball game. Its just mixing up the diet.
We're very predictable, very easy to read.
Strikers. It was Warburtons decision to bring in Mlakar FFS, it was Warburtons decison to tell the big Smith he was surplus.
Smith is now playing under a gaffer who also told him he'd never be first choice but that he'd definitely get game time. He'd be valued. Result: higher MPG ratio this term than Hugill. But then he had that when Hugill turned up. And Millwall aren't doing too bad are they? Let's be honest, many thought when Smith went that we were too good for him, that we were better than Wall.
I just find MW an immensely frustrating manager.
