Asked a bloke at work tonight who's a West Ham fan, he rates Nathan Holland. He's played in the cup for them and impressed, also impressed on loan at Oxford. He said he'd rather they kept him and developed him there. Was surprised when I told him the rumour was we're making a bid and not a loan approach. He said he wouldn't mind him coming on loan but wouldnt sell.
On a separate note, he's a bit pissed off they missed out on Eze and reckons it might've been Hugill's wage demands that blew a swap deal out of the water. He'd heard £10m plus Hugill was the offer.

Mate at Oxford said Holland was very good but a little light weight and reckons would be a top signing.
Love to see us try and bring Cullen in from them but think there’s Prem interest now!

Vlad Drogmir from Arsenal - AM
Xande Silva From West Ham - highly rated striker
Don’t know much about either tbh
Also Jayson Moloumby form Brighton!’

This is a rumour that has been floating around on Twitter for a few weeks though. I have no idea if it has any substance. |

That Xande Silva, apparently his father was quite a renowned Angolan footballer. One of their best exports and something of a local hero having scored some important goals for the national team.

David Weir was previously MW assistant at Glasgow Rangers and is currently employed by Brighton.
Which explains why Mlakar was here last year and links to another striker this year from Brighton.
It’s more of an old pals act rather than in-depth scouting.

We missed a trick not trying to get David Marshall after he left Wigan. Good solid keeper who would have solved our keeper problem and brought Dieng on and most importantly he was a free agent
