That's the one mate. Looks a decent signing if so. Should compliment Dykes well. I wonder if Smyth might be on his way out too. Seems to be a few League 1 clubs sniffing around. Would probably be good for him to be fair. He's never going to be anything more than an impact sub with us. |

Not a rumour as such, and personally I wouldn`t read anything into it really, but Ben Watson was seen in the stand when Charlton played last Saturday. It was mentioned on their messageboard. It could mean he`s not coming to us then..

Reiss Nelson is available for a loan apparently. A couple of signings like that from top flight could be the difference between lower end of mid table and challenging for the play offs for a squad like ours.

Yeah he is a good player. Hard to replace Eze of course, but we need someone. There has to be players out there that can do that job; easier said than done though.

I think the loan market is the way to go. If Macauley Bonne is on his way in from Charlton that'll be 3 significant transfer fees this window for us. I'd hazard a guess that will be our lot. I don't suppose the free transfer market has that much quality left to offer at this late stage, so 2 or 3 decent loans from the Prem will probably be the best option.
