He had a strange career really, no idea why we sold him when we did for the same money we paid for him. Didn't really do anything at Blackburn and not a lot at Coventry either.
What are your memories of him, besides the solo goal up at Leeds?

We've had some brilliant players at this club over the years of what would be recognised as the modern game, and I feel very lucky to have seen them all. Wegerle is up there and should have been bigger.
