Bored so watching Wolves. Seville keeper makes a penalty save and even though replays (available to VAR) clearly showed it should have been retaken Peter expert ref Walton defended the decision not to order a retake. He explained that a keeper's foot has to be on or touching the line (same thing surely?) or parallel to it - whatever that means. Presumably he meant behind it not parallel. It wasn't any of those.
