All demonstrated they are capable of crashing the first 11 this season or certainly playing a pivotal role in the first team squad.
I think Amos needs to be moved back next to Ball and we need to bring in rb cover for Kakay as Kane is shit, a new Lb and sell Manning (I’ve changed my mind on him 😂), sign Dickie up and have young Connor in the wings if anyone gets injured.
In midfield I’m actually fairly satisfied with our DM options ie Ball, Amos, Bettache, and Cameron.
I think it’s best for BOS to be sold ASAP and we need to invest in the wings as MIDO is not consistent enough, we will need to replace BOS. I would give Smyth a starting spot atm and obviously Thomas is a bit I know. It would be great to bring someone like Adomah in who has champ experience.
In terms of creativity we cannot just rely on Chair, he’s a great little player but we must either bring in a direct replacement for Eze or someone who will compete with Chair.
Up top we need a pacey striker to compliment Dykes and probably another option of Oteh is sold. We need to have at least three strikers in the squad to choose from.
My first team 11 for next week -
Dieng
Kakay Dickie Barbet Wallace - new lb needed
Amos Ball
Smyth Chair Thomas - this area needs work, we need another CAM and winger
Dykes
Bench
Bettache Kelly Mido Materson New striker x 2 Kane - desperately need a new understudy for Kakay
I think our squad would struggle in the champ right now but I know this might not make sense I also think we are only 4, 5 maybe 6 shrewd signings away from going from a struggling champ team to maybe one that flirts with the play offs.
This years championship is the weakest I have seen it on a long time and I actually think our board know it and MW and co are down playing our intentions and we will be quite active in the next two, three weeks and will build a competitive team for this league.

Maids, you've made no mention at all of Hamalainen. As discussed on the other thread, he impressed yesterday: rfantasyisland.boards.net/post/49658/thread Between him and Wallace the need for another LB is not an urgent one.

Barbet is more than capable of covering left back too. I think if we bring in 2 central defenders then left back is fine as it is.

Good point Stanley, he does have very good potential and he slipped my mind tbh.
I’m also told that the club really rate a lad called Alfa and he’s the one they think has the potential to be the big thing coming through our system.
I have never seen him play so can’t comment but apparently they have very high hopes for him.

Alfa came on in the 2nd half and really impressed. More on him in the Wimbledon match thread.

Amos is probably Ok, but his body language let`s him down. It is a confidence thing.

The squad listed by OP looks very weak in all areas.
A few weeks ago MW stated we needed some experienced players..if Cameron and Wallace don’t play the rest are either very inexperienced or very lightweight.
Chances are Cameron and Wallace will not have the legs for a full season in the Championship.
Unless MW does bring in some proven experienced players it looks a very difficult season ahead.
