Shame. Premier league in danger of imploding. Maybe that's actually for the best.

At least it’s made them come out and say things will be looked at and changes will be made. We’ll see.

More dodgy clubs bending rules. Palace new shirt sponsor has no staff, no office and runny a dead ticktocker. Wolves new shirt sponsor is also extremely shady.

Ipswich's first 2 games are Liverpool then City away ... poor sods. Well at least they get them out of the way early, I suppose. I wish them all the best, I think they represent the best of what football can be, in relation to the hideous vulgarity of those at the top of the 'premier league'.

Steve Cooper appointed manager of Leicester City.
Be interesting to see how he does.

Yesterday they had been strongly rumoured to be appointing Graham Potter: which just goes to show how inaccurate all the speculation about Marti is, right guys?! Exactly - media desperate for club-related content to drive advertising clicks and will put any nonsense out. That said, the quote about Potter is from the Guardian web site - they’re usually pretty reliable. Maybe Potter looked at the prospect of limited funds at Leicester and possible points deductions and thought better about it.

Good move. Spurs is a graveyard, see Ged Spence. Great young player is Ged. Was ripping it up in the championship for forest. Would have been better for his career to stay there when they got promoted but, instead he chose the big payday and a non existence with spuds. He really could have progressed to the England squad if he made better decisions. At least he has a few extra quid I suppose

Don’t think GED was or will ever be prem quality. Great player in championship but not quite prem standard.
Spurs do kill careers if your player with potential thats one club I would avoid like the plague.

Not just Spurs. Everton did a great job on Josh Bowler where he never played a league game in about 4 years. Then the weirdest ever transfer when he signed for Forest only to be sent out on loan the next day and has spent his whole contract with them out on loan.
Now he is out of contract and a free agent. Surprised we have not been linked with him although he spent last season at on loan at Cardiff who may want to take him on full time

Talking of Spurs - that lad Bissouma though (scored their 1st vs us and generally bossed the mid park). Different class.

This is looks amazing 😊 if clubs were allowed to set up bars like this for away games that would be a new revenue stream.
