same shit every game it seems. we start off well but lose our nerve when we don't score in the first 10 minutes. whenever the other team scores we lose all fight and throw in the towel with long balls and sloppy passing, the players have given up. this is barnsley we're playing, not one of the big boys of this league. we should stuff a team like barnsley but to be 2-0 down after 1 half and a limp dicked display is completely unacceptable. warbs is running out of time, 1 win in 9 is abysmal for the level of backing warbs has received. there's no organization or game plan Watch it Corbs, I made the valid point we haven't played anyone yet and got slaughtered. i'm not a doom and gloomer and know we'll never be world beaters, all i want is for us to fight and play some nice football. if we lose doing that then thats okay, we've given it our all and can hold our heads high at least. but this shit being served up is hard to swallow. we're toothless up front and sloppy everywhere else. it raises the question that warbs was protected from his shortcomings last season due to the form of eze, wells, hugill and BOS. we don't have a bad team at all imo, we made some solid signings with potential to improve. if we don't get a result this game then serious questions need to be raised as we've not had a standout game all season. |
