Just read this on Twitter and if true is absolutely shambolic.
- 30% win rate under MW - (McLarens was 34%)
- 10 wins in 42 games! 42!
- Haven’t scored in 5 and half hours of football
- 15 pens conceded in last season and 8 games! 15 ffs
- 2nd worst points gained in the championship since lockdown
- 87 goals conceded since start of last season

Hard to defend that Jimmy. Isn’t it just mate. Didn’t realise it was anywhere near as bad. Maybe I got seduced by the Eze attacking football days despite conceding loads it was exciting. Very bad record that is. 3 wins in 18 since the restart. Shocking.

A lot of fans said this when we got him and I put it down to sour grapes. Maybe not.
His one half decent stint at Brentford years ago seems to have carried him through because he hasn’t done anything since to warrant keep getting plum jobs tbh.

He’s his own worst enemy at time’s and is making some very bizarre decisions.
Pearson done amazing job at Watford in the Prem Leagie last season and I’d seriously be looking at him to come in, make us hard to beat and push on from there.
MW’s time is up and the club need to act very quickly or we will go down.
Sheff Wed won’t go they will make up the deficit and right now we playing appallingly and easily in the bottom three under MW!

Furthermore trying to send him out on loan. He was the best CB we had last season when he came in and the stats reflected that.

The reaction to going behind is a worry though.

What a disappointment its been since that.

The motivational side is a big, big problem. Seen heads drop far too often and far too quickly. I'm not sure being a nice bloke is any help at all in that department.

Coventry was a particular low point.

One,how do we know he's a nice bloke? He could be an absolute belter! On the other hand he don't look like he could throw a fit over a performance. Oh lads that's not good please try a bit harder.

If we play like shit and lose the next three it would probably make sense to change during the next international break, but I really hope he will turn it around. If the performances are ok, and we scrape a point or two, I´d give him a couple more.

If he was to get the tin tack who’d be the most likely not super expensive target?
My guess would be Ainsworth. Could see Barton and Clint Hill in the running too tbh.

Think I’d keep Warbs if they were the only options.

I would like to see Angel Rangel appointed paired with Chris Ramsey.

I notice that without fail Warbs always makes his tactical substitutions between 60-70 mins, no matter what is happening in the game. That to me suggests a lack of flexibility in a coach's approach, when quite often things aren't going well earlier in a match. The better, more astute coaches never operate like that.

Stan. What is your opinion stick with him or move him on? There's been another virtually complete overhaul of the squad this season, most of whom are first team players. So clearly and obviously they have not yet had the time to gel, bed in and build up an understanding. This is the only reason I would give Warbs a little more time, 73. (Injuries to key players i.e. Dykes, Thomas and Amos haven't helped either, particularly as it's such a small squad).

As I said on another thread I'm giving him til game 15 to make a judgment. Still doesn't make for good reading though.

So clearly and obviously they have not yet had the time to gel, fully bed in and build up an understanding. This is the only reason I would give Warbs a little more time, 73. Fair enough, Me I personally would get rid today as there is no sign at all that he will turn it around. I looked at the players last night and that lacked belief and when that is the case there is no way back. Holloway actually did a better job and was cained by the fans. By the way I was no Holloway lover...
