No, not this season.
Doing a clearout in the house and came across a few old season review DVDs, one being our Promotion DVD from 03/04.
What a season that was. Could feel the feel-good factor around the place just watching the DVD back. Brilliant stuff.

i was only 11 when we got promoted from league 1 and it was the reason why i started supporting us. prior to that i was a chelsea fan 🙊. i didn't feel that same level of passion for chelsea anymore and liked that QPR were a local side with a batty manager and equally batty side of random players who played their socks off.

What a season. So much felt at stake with all the behind the scenes shite that had been going on. Bucket collections, fans funding player transfers and the ABC loan hanging over us.
Then you had the previous seasons finale which ended in utter despair at losing to those cunts in South Wales at their national stadium.

Great season, Remember being at Hillsborough last game of the season having a leak when the first goal went in and was not sure if we had scored when these bloke booted the door in and started screaming that we had scored to go 1 up. Also a bloke behind me almost having a heart attack at 2-1 then calming down once we scored the 3rd goal. Days like that were the reason I did not want Holloway back as he was brilliant for us during that period he was manager. |
