Betty and kelman few fans have been demanding like their messiahs and manager not picking them was sign of him getting it wrong. Two players of potential and I’m sure will come good but as always hyped up before they have proved anything. Don’t care if kelmans you tube video looks good or if he has swagger about him, as keeps being said, the time now is too do your talking and build reputation in QPR shirt what he’s done before is history That comment is massively unfair. I’m almost back to thinking that it’s more the squad is poor than the manager. Almost.... that’s my thoughts. I think manager can defo do better but you got work with what you got Bonne, Dykes or Kelman takes their sitters and we walk away with a two or three nil win and everyone is happy. Can blame manager for a lot but not the amount of chances we squander every match. We don’t even make keeper pull off saves we miss the whole bloody goal. That’s not manager that’s down to the players Hopefully Austin and Murray in before Tuesday two people who know where the goal is and our fortunes change. Said few games back until we start scoring nothing changes |

The worst one was Kelman’s.....first not diving in when all He needed was a touch and then not controlling the ball when he would have been through on goal. Very disappointing. |

I disagree you can lay zero blame at the manager and coaches door too, or indeed the infrastructure at the club Yes, of course players have to take responsibility but it's way too simplistic to leave it at that. The manager and coaching set up have also played there part over the last 1.5 seasons in where we are today. To give them a free pass and blame it all on the players would in no way be telling the whole story. The scouting system, the coaching system, the recruitment system, the DoF system - just for starters. |

I don’t think West or me are giving them a free pass. But the squad is very poor. And you have to wonder what manager would do better. The best thing would be to see it out to the summer and then remove Les and Warbs.

One thing hasn't changed: We just don't score goals. the 90min performance was good enough for me. Thought we were the better side regular time. I think we have looked better defensively all season with the brain fart moments still chucked in on occasions Sort out the goals and we will be fine if we don’t do that we’re screwed |

James, Westy - our strikers look absolutely shot of all confidence and couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo currently.
For me the manager HAS to take some of the blame for that. It's a vital part of a manager's job to instil confidence and self-belief into his players, strikers especially.
