I am undecided at the moment but no R Block saddens me but doesn't surprise me given this is the equivalent crowd to the League cup early rounds

Thought the intention was to spread people out whats the capacity of the school end? 3500 or something? as you said it makes no sense to lump everyone in one stand, especially the smallest one, maybe its to concentrate the atmosphere? i've never sat in the school end or even been round there but i assume its like most other away ends in that it has more security process facilities than the home ends. can only assume that the club are lumping everyone there as queueing will be easier to deal with. still, surely it'd be easier to spread people out in ellerslie or SAR than the school end.

For the Reading and Stoke City fixtures, South Africa Road, School End Lower and Upper will be open. Please note, stands may be revised on a fixture by fixture basis."Full FAQ list here: www.qpr.co.uk/media/41992/season-ticket-and-ballot-faqs_001.pdf

It's the staggered entry that will be taking place . Charlton fan said he had to be in valley for 6pm and was freezing , rather him than me . Sitting in the school end a hour and three quarters before ko , no thanks

I get in the ground at 2.50, taking my seat as the players come on to the pitch.

Given most of the fans attending will have already stumped up the entrance fee through their season ticket, isn’t this just adding to the clubs costs what with having to lay on more stewards, staff and cleaning etc. Or am I missing something.

Perhaps the thinking is they're offsetting those costs against the relative home advantage we'd be gaining, having even a small number of fans there?...

I take your point Stan but I’m not sure chants of ‘Warburton out’ all game will give us much of an advantage😄

Thanks for the feedback so far. It's been passed on to the club, so should hopefully get a response by early next week. Staff at the club are at reduced levels currently with many on furlough.

Maybe tell them then as well as endlessly plugging Stonewall UK and it's Rainbow Laces at the balloted Reading game , the club might pay a shout out to the likes of Age UK, Barnados, Shelter, Scope, Mind, Cancer Research, Alzheimer's UK, the RSPCC, the RSPCA, the British Heart Foundation, Oxfam, Help 4 Heroes and other such charities and causes......

Ah, Stan, I approach that toxic sewer, cautiously, only to pull information out, not push opinion in. And to watch cats, fights, funnies and Darwin Award winners, and to keep an eye on political fanatics and lunatics......

Very much my approach to it too (and to anti-social media in general). As I observed the other day: “The way people communicate on Twitter is like a bunch of mental patients throwing shit at each other.”

Had this back from the club itsonlyagame , as it was a direct question from the thread: "Season Ticket holders who do not attend matches during the current capacity restrictions will have their money credited at the end of the season. When fans attend matches, they would obviously not receive that game’s money as a credit at the end of the season."Other on-topic feedback from the thread has been passed on. The off-topic stuff can hopefully also be relayed at some point.

Who's having a season ticket for the coming season then?
Gotta admit, I'm on the fence. This might be the only year I'm in the UK for the foreseeable, so I feel like I should. That said, I also wonder whether there might be a few twists and turns with the Covid situation yet that could affect us having fans in for the whole season.

I renewed a while ago. I think club was more than fair the way it went about things and if there is a repeat of watching games online (which I doubt now) then the only problems are Sinton needs a laxative and London needs to check the definition of a legend😁

renewed mine also. couldn't not renew it given that i have the discount from last season to take advantage of. i'd probably have renewed anyway as the lockdowns made me realise i need time to myself and something to look forward too. i was gunna cancel prior to covid as i have a 1 year old son now but i don't think i will ever cancel now lol.

First time I've not renewed in 20 years . Want to see how it pans out . Don't want to watch games in half empty LR , staggered entry/exit . Spoke to someone in the BO and they said we haven't a clue what is going to happen regarding fans . Think the club should have put the early bird back until the government make announcement, I want nothing more than to get back to how it was
