His lawyer will argue it was in self-defence. You think the muppets at UEFA will bother about that? Also, in one of the videos he clearly goes after the fan and has to be pulled away. I don’t blame him but relying on self defence as a defence isn’t going to work. |

For all we know there could be any number of possible scenarios: 1) The fan could have been armed with a dangerous weapon 2) He may have experienced prior racially aggravated death threats 3) Turkey is notorious for its intense fan rivalry 4) List your own... |

I can’t lift the video but if you can look at the videos in the twitter replies BOS floors the guy who comes at him then goes after him as stewards come in to pull him away. Doesn’t help that another player comes over and kicks the guy on the floor. I’m not saying BOS wasn’t justified - good on him - but these days he’s going to have a case to answer. |
