Never heard reaction like that before. No way should manger be influenced by crowd reaction but fact it looks like he was suggests to me his time is up
Unless that was genuine mix up in numbers then he surely has lost huge credibility with players and owners

Disgraceful to change your mind based on the crowd reaction, Fan favourite or not the right number went up so not buying it was a mistake. In saying that any one of 6 or 7 could have been replaced and Rangel would not have been one of those. Cost us the 2nd goal as no one tracked the runner for the rebound. Weak, feeble and shows a real lack of leadership.

It was bizarre mate. Certainly seemed to change his mind when the crowd started booing. Personally I didn't think it was that bad a substitution, Pawel wasn't having a great game. |

Plus If Furlong had played don’t think we concede first goal. Love or hate Futlong one thing you can’t deny is he wins everything in the air

Furlong should be centre back and in front of that useless lump Lynch who for me should have been given his notice at half time yeterday.

Defo crapped it.
Manager tells assistant, assistant has to tick a squad sheet with number of player going off and player coming on, gives it to 4th official to prepare the board.
Difficult to mess up as SMC would of told assistant names not numbers.
Whilst we're on the subject of subs, his are atrocious pretty much every game. He never seems to make changes that actually improve us.

Should be no discussion about re signing him for next season. Awful player who was even worse yesterday than he has been before.

Him with his partner in crime must be the worst pairing anywhere in world football. Two truly awful talentless footballers if ever you saw them. Another one that needs moving on as he will be on a decent wage based on us spunking a million on him.
