On reading posts for most games this season I am led to believe this.
Some players are not playing for the team and are trying to further their careers elsewhere by trying to be stars before they really are.
Recent history tells us if you are exceptional as Eze is you will get a move and namely Bos and Chair see their careers away from us.
Over playing, not passing and trying to impress individually does not help the team effort

Warburton must share some of the burden here for allowing players to do what they’ve been doing, ie still allowing Chair to take set pieces when the are totally ineffective

No good passing or laying on dream balls,if a donkey on the other end.

No good passing or saying on dream balls,if a donkey on the other end. Looking at the stats, the whole offensive unit is underperforming, especially Willock

Willock looks a good player to me so blaming him I find bizarre. One of the only plus points recently. I sometimes wonder if I'm watching the same games as others.

I know that stats don’t tell the whole story, but 1 assist from 13 starts is a poor return from an attacking midfielder. And I’m not specifically blaming him, I said the whole offensive unit is underperforming

Or it could be we not under achieving but actually at our level.

Or it could be we not under achieving but actually at our level. Well yes, the league table doesn’t lie. But I think the “offensive unit” could be more productive if they just changed a few simple aspects of their game. Whether they can as individual players, I don’t know. Whether Warburton can make these changes as manager, I don’t know.

Main observation is it's not working atm
New manager required and more experienced players in every part of the team
We are sinking fast need action now

Agree with you there, quite like the look of him. that carthorse up front though is absolute dire. 18 odd games in, and he has 1 goal from open play to his name. even the substitute has more goals than him. week after week, its the same thing from him. runs about when the other teams defense has the ball, stands still chewing gum when we have the ball.

Luckily for those not measured by goals scored it's not quite so easy to see how shit they are. I do think he's a donkey but at least a carrot could be dangled now and again.
I think Dieng needs to come under a bit more scrutiny. He's always letting in goals and we're losing. Might as well get Lumley back!

His stats are the worst by a margin of the 3 attacking midfielders QPR play. Again maybe they’d be better if he took the set pieces and maybe he’d be more productive if played through the middle? But 1 assist in 13 games is not what you want from an attacking midfielder, no matter how good, neat and tidy he looks in possession.

Not enough pride in wearing the shirt, players just going through the motions without a care in the world. I'm sitting here watching the all Ireland hurling final and thats what you call passion-proud to wear their colours, put their bodies on the line and these guys are amatuers!! Maybe a different manager could get more out of them but ultimately its down to the 11 on the pitch.

Another reason that i totally agree with, the days of loyalty and running through brick walls for a club are well and truly over,

When Warburton has been sacked we really need to bring in a loan for Cameron. He is far too slow.

Most of those have been off the bench or hooked early therefore it's unfair to judge it as if it were 13 full games. That's where stats can be misleading. I think that's what CCJ was driving at.
