As others have pointed out Carroll plays simple Five yard passes but importantly immediately moves into space for a return pass...the only thing it’s not difficult to do but why don’t all our players do the same ?
Willock can play that role too. The rest of them are too static.
In reality we're mid table this year. That's as good as we are. The problem is that we're under achieving by around 30% and for me thats down to poor coaching and tactics.

I personally don’t think we are a mid table team this year with this clown in charge. that's kind of what I meant.
It's down to the board now. I don't think they're that bothered, hanging on for the real estate. But that attitude will cost them real world revenue.
