Our Formation of the team clearly does not work
The manager needs to be told to revert to 442 immediately or be sacked
Two up front is the only way forward for our toothless attack that has had no results
Les get him to change it immediately or be sacked
You are DOF after all mate.
Just change the formation you morons you have nothing to lose

I think that Warbourton has been given the Christmas fixtures to improve or be sacked
Last chance saloon as our owners don't want to sack him at Christmas
Improve or see you later Marbourton 😂

The thing that fucks me off the most about warburton is his inability to see the need to change things up and his constant moaning about fixture congestion and fatigue(which affects every team) but his refusal play anyone else. Dykes has had fuck all in the way of service or support and is clearly struggling yet he keeps the same side and formation. It’s baffling. It’s almost like he’s trying to get sacked....:

As usual, fans had been calling for it all fucking season long!

It's bizarre that these professional football people cannot see that we are toothless up front

It's bizarre that these professional football people cannot see that we are toothless up front Even more alarming is we are unable to stop conceding soft goals nigh on every game..that’s the real problem for me with the current set up.

I think that since the team has switched to a 3-4-1-2, the team has looked better balanced overall. Obviously the problem is scoring, but before when playing the 4-2-3-1 it looked good going forward for 45 minutes but defensively it looked fragile. With 3 at the back it looks more solid, and it helps mask certain deficiencies of the centre halves, it makes up for the lack of certain qualities, namely pace and mobility with quantity. I still feel that under the 3-4-1-2 enough chances are being created, perhaps not as many as when the 4-2-3-1 was being employed but enough chances nonetheless. So in my opinion that’s the trade off between the two systems, with the present squad. Now the reason I’ve started the thread is because of the addition of Charlie Austin to the squad, which will hopefully solve the lack of goals. Some are suggesting a change of formation to accommodate Charlie, and I don’t think it’s necessary or a good idea for the overall balance of the team. I’d play Charlie as one of the centre-forwards within the 3-4-1-2, and see if he can convert some of the chances created before I’d start changing the formation. I was just wondering how others saw it, and this is before we know what other signings may come in during the window which may facilitate a formation change without having a detrimental affect on the defence.

As long as the arrival of Charlie means that Dykes is off to ply his trade on a free loan deal with added club shop merchandize somewhere in the National League South I don´t care what formation we play

Luton.... 451 or 4231 This is Mark Warburton we're talking about.I'll be very surprised if he doesn't revert to type now he hopes he's got someone to score a goal.

You maybe right, it’ll be interesting to see what he puts out against Luton. Unfortunately I’m working so won’t be able to see the game live. That’s one thing I’ve noticed though with the highlights of the Chanpionship down there are always very short, a couple of minutes long. Up here you usually get highlights of the matches 5 minute sometimes 10 minutes of the game, wonder why they’re so short down there?
