Wycombe is a must win. No other result is acceptable.

Agreed James his record is appalling he on very thin ice mate and he knows it
Said in press today that we are bringing in experienced pros in January to steady the ship
I've been saying this is what is needed for weeks
2 defenders 2 midfielders 1 striker
Won't get all that though will prob get 2 or 3 at most front line is totally dire

Are people actually saying if we win enough games to scrape by this season they would be happy to do it all again next season with the same set up .

We can’t go season to season being happy being 15th to 19th in the championship

The most important thing is to survive this season. Who knows what the next will bring.

It just seems like we end up saying that every bloody season. Agreed. No offence to them but if clubs like Barnsley and normally Preston can flirt with the playoffs then what on earth are we doing down rangers. Simply treading water isn’t good enough. Think fans have been more than patient while the club has a period of transition after yet more fuck ups driven by the idiocy of one man. I’ve personally had enough of being mediocre now we have to show signs of kicking on at some point. Fuck me even Luton are nearly ten points better off than us. The lack of goals in the team is very concerning and mistakes like brights miss from 1 yard last night are costing us. That’s not the only sitter we’ve missed this season. Lack of accountability in the squad in my opinion. They are seriously getting away without having a crowd to play in front of

MW has shown last season and this season what he’s about and it is crazy of anyone to think it may morph into something different in what’s left of this season or next.
When I look at comments from him such as we are light on numbers I dread to think what state we may be in next season where only 20 man squad applies.
He certainly has not made best use of our squad so far regarding rotation and disappointingly has not given enough game time to our new players often enough...how do we gauge them ?
We need to know in this Jan transfer window the players capable of pushing the club forwards next season and more importantly who the Manager will be.

The plan is or should be to develop players and sell on for profit. Use funds to make us better. Not just continually get worse. Last season was the building season. This season i expected improvement

Obviously agree with all the comments above Warbs is def not the answer long term
I was just looking to secure some points to avoid relegation which would be a disaster
I would take that atm and a new manager next season with new ideas

When Amos and Thomas picked up serious injuries I kind of knew how this first part of the season would pan out . I remember both showed some very promising signs early on. Amos actually had his best matches just before he did his knee.
