All I see is QPR linked with players from Doncaster Colchester Crewe etc etc
If this is what we are setting our target at for January we may as well all forget it
We need pros that have been in the Prem and are very experienced to help the team show some steel
Not more tippy tippy lower league young players
Bit worrying really no more Div 1 and Div 2 players thanks they are not good enough

We all know we've a long history of picking up gems from lower leagues. Masson, Peacock, Sir Les, T Sinclair, Tillson etc etc. It's always been our model, and should be as a smaller club. The difference is we were better run and had superior scouting back then to unearth them. As long as we're as poorly run as we are, that situation sadly won't change.

I agree General that we need experienced proven players but that should have been put into place before we have sunk this low.
It was not difficult to look at our squad in pre season (especially in M/F) to see we would struggle..quite a few posters predicted it before the season started.
Experienced Premiership or Championship players will not be prepared to battle out the rest of the season with us without the lure of a permanent lucrative contract first.
I would guess our best options would be a loan for an experienced player from overseas or youngsters from big clubs in the UK

Don’t think we can afford the more experienced, established players.
I thought the whole point of Warburton, was to attract the young players with potential and improve them. We are doing fine attracting them, hence why some of us were pleased with our business during the summer. Unfortunately, we are neither improving them individually or getting them playing effectively as a team.
The manager is failing badly on that side. I guess without being there and seeing for ourselves, we can’t be sure wether it’s Warburton that’s the biggest problem, or the players not doing as they are asked.
Neither would surprise me. And knowing our luck, it’s probably a good chunk of both.

There was thread other day about how well Brentford are doing. They pick up loads of decent players from div 1 Toney bring the latest.
Plenty decent players there if you do your homework

Im of the opinion that BOS and Manning have both been clear in their actions and body language that team spirit is low and reflected in our inability this year to come back from losing positions. The experienced players brought in like Wallace have left MW high and dry with seemingly only Cameron prepared to battle through and support him.

Possibly Sparx. Although I’m not sure I’d want to test it out by extending his just yet !!
Wallace was a very strange one. For an experienced pro, he looked pretty shit to me.

Not really working at them net though is it with the young player
Nosediving towards Division 1
But he ho we have a you do squad even if it's in Division 1
Do you really. Think that's what the best manager ever in the championship would do Warnock
He would get 4 experienced pros in immediately to stop all the ducking goals going in and try and score some also
