Never saw the match but from commentaries on Twitter and here it sounded like a scrappy affair in poor weather conditions. So it’s very pleasing to see the team win ugly, being able to grind and dig out a result. Confidence should be high and momentum starting to build into the match against Derby 👍

Still think we won't sell him? Not this window mate. Not unless silly money comes in. We'd have lost that 2 or 3-1 tonight with Lumley in goal. Sell Dieng this window and we'll probably go down. Really is that simple.

Pity we never got shot at Wycombe Saturday gone as that could have been three wins on the trot

Feeling optimistic about continuing our run. Glad my instincts were right there. Our run continues croydoncaptainjack Unbeaten in three. 2 clean sheets in a row. 2 wins on the bounce, both away too. Good to see Kakay back and Willock get off the mark. Smithies should have saved that but we'll take it! Nice assists from Bonne and Chair for the goal. Even Cricks hasn't posted his usual "Another Wednesday night ruined" Another Wednesday night ruined. Tut tut acricketer . Some humble pie for your dinner tonight

I wrote them a bit off - but Bonne, Willock and Dykes worked very hard and deserve much credit. Dykes should have had a goal towards the end!

Really is that simple. agree and don’t think many teams would offer money we would want for a keeper with 20+ games under his belt. Won’t leave this window. Suspect we will get another year of him then he will be snapped up Him Lumley chalk and cheese

You had a feeling that Cardiff needs to have a really good chance before Dieng concedes.

Excellent three points. Watched the game and we were the better side of an overall scrappy game. Little mention to the weather which looked absolutely horrendous so to go away and win is very impressive. Thought kane had a good game and I’ve absolutely slaughtered him previously so pleased for him. Dickie just wins everything and is a huge reason we are looking a lot more sound defensively overall. Think the change in formation has saved warbs job and despite wanting him out a couple of weeks ago I’m actually really pleased he seems to have changed it up and is getting some points as a result. Should have won at Norwich too really. Special mention for dieng. Wow. What a goalkeeper he is turning into to. Was just speaking to my dad on the phone and we both commented on how assured he looks and how calm we as supporters feel with him between the sticks. Best goalkeeper since smithies. COYRS

If we took chances we would be a good 7to9 points better off?? Still think squad is well light and we’re probably as a team where it deserves to be but some young players coming through so there is promise

Like Westy says, nobody is taking a punt on a keeper who was playing at Whitehawk and Hampton & Richmond Borough the season before last. Not at the sort of money that makes sense for us to sell him.
He's contracted for 3 seasons. He's not gonna be pushing for a move himself either I wouldn't have thought. He's been grafting for 3 seasons to get his chance in the first team, why would he want to go back to warming the bench for another club further up the Football League?
He'll do a couple of seasons as 1st choice keeper here and with a bit of luck he'll keep improving and sell for big money.

Hitman is on the money with Bonne..Dykes was decent but Bonne is looking sharp and when strikers hit form you need to play them

In the making at least It's amazing what a psychological lift the Austin signing has given the entire club. If you’re not conceding you’ve always got a chance of winning. QPR have some talent in the forward areas, obviously especially Charlie, but there are a few players who can get a goal now. From the sounds of it the team missed Carroll and to a lesser degree BOS at left wing back. I’m sure MW is looking to bring in a midfielder or two in the window and hopefully a left-back / wing back. Forward line and Central defence look good, obviously keeper too, almost the core of a good squad is in place

One of those annoying players can look pony at the same time as looking like there might be something there
