Yes, and the worst of the lot. He wasn't signed directly from Man Utd, but I reckon John Curtis is up there with the worst ex-Man Utd players we've signed. But all of those listed by Ginge were shocking! John Curtis probably the worst full back I've seen in 62 years watching and playing football

Christ almighty, John Curtis.

Bob Malcolm also springs to mind. I could not be mad at that guy, he was too funny, watching him try to run and head a football was incredible.

Back on topic, please? Rumour: I saw it mentioned somewhere that Billy Gilmour was lined up for a loan move to QPR last summer, but sadly he picked up an injury and it never came off.
He'll go on loan this window. Perfect fit for us for reasons given above, I'd be absolutely made up, would speed up transitions big time. I imagine Chaz and whoever partners him would be as well.
Regarding the wrong reason club legends, bless em. They deserve a thread of their own, the memories will never fade. When you've seen really bad you can never unsee it.
Joe Lumley isn't anywhere near that ballpark, not even in the same parish as Curtis and Bob Malcolm.

Looking at his Wiki he was always a lower league player. He did use to bang them in for Southend and Stockport though! To be fair we signed him right at the end of his career when he was 34 and were his last club.

Not a player, but a team... American Samoa, having lost 31-0 to Australia.
