norwich will be much better this time round when they're promoted.
last season they had a very young squad that was promoted against the odds and despite getting hammered more than once, they held their own imo.
west brom are just west brom standard though

It's an excellent business model, and makes a lot more financial sense than flirting with league one.
But from where we are to there requires a high level of competence off the park. We're nowhere near that.
