Big turning point was the way the back 3 played at Luton and, stupid edge of the box fouls aside, they are a really strong unit. January incoming 3 also massive step forward.

That dreadful run in December is what really messed up and essentially defined our season - Winless in 9 games over 5 weeks:  Before that we'd been doing ok. And since then has been top 3 form. |

if only the transfer window were open in november and not january, we would have at least got 9 points fro those fixtures.
the blame lies with the overall poor summer recruitment last year.

The gap between not signing Nakhi and getting Chaz did for us. Plus letting Jordan go. Hopefully lesson learned and we will do all we can to sign Chaz.

Keeping it real. important to finish as close to the play offs as poss for reasons given elsewhere. 12 from 18 available points during the rest of this month would keep us in touch, and I think that's do-able but consistency is the hard part. |

Great season so far. Beyond expectations. I hope we use the absence of any pressure to give it a go to the end of the season and finish higher than we have for years.
