...and how they are used in our present system:
Apparently Willock and Adomah's main position is winger. People often ask why neither are starting and I suggest this is the main reason, as we play with wingbacks. It's also the reason why Chair (in the no.10/AM role) seems to have less competition for his place and so is a regular starter.
Usually both come on around the 60-65 min mark to either tweak the system or add fresh legs.
Willock has mainly been used as an AM though, and less out wide.
Albert has been mainly used wide apart from at Watford when he went up front and scored the winner.
Thoughts?

MW had clearly planned to play with wingers this season and 4 at the back.
We switched to a much more effective 3 at the back which meant players bought can’t easily slot into the new system.
Willock is class and as you say can play AM but the manager persists with chair, which I sympathise with.
It’s not a terrible situation to be in as we can switch formation during a game if required.

IMO, Warburton has played Chair too much. Willock should have been given more time on the pitch.

plus we have shodipo coming back next season and it'd be impossible to ignore him given the incredible form he's been in for oxford.

What about Albert..every game he produces But we don't start games with wingers. This is the dilemma... So we end up with Albert and Willock as impact super subs
