Mine is to get out of the house with no phone and get out on the bike and forget it until 5pm. Or just go for a walk. That works OK. Every time I follow the game live or get involved with this thread while game is in progress we're fucked. Evening games are a bit of a problem mind... |

I was working so couldn’t watch first half on Tuesday. I then put kids to bed and then got it into my head that because I hadn’t watched it so far, we were winning. I spent last 20 minutes just pacing round the room waiting for text alert. The dog though id gone nuts. |

Interesting to hear Warbs putting our improved form down to "fine margins" and the formation change, rather then the January buys. Saying he prefers a smaller 22 man squad too as it keeps the non-starters happier. |

As every time I follow all the way through we lose
Also won't listen to talk sport on match days as Everytime I switch it on the opponents score
