I think we predicted this on here a while back.
All FFP has done is cement the status quo. It'll be really interesting to see the EFL interpretation. If they continue to try and enforce it, they'll be headed for the courts.

Problem is we agreed to arb it, weren't up for taking them on in court (restraint of trade etc etc). I think the legal view was that the EFL constitutes a kind of members club, and as members we agreed to play by their rules. The other side of the argument is that even members clubs can not enforce regulations which broach the law of the land. None of this has ever been tested in a British court. Right now no one really knows if FFP is legally enforceable. |

Dont think it will go entirely probably just a newer more defensible version will be implemented
Agree with Hal should have fought on but we are where we are. Fortunately we are paying on the drip instead of upfront so if there are changes hopefully we benefit retrospectively from it with future payments
