So, Tranmere boss Keith Hill takes them from 13th (when he took over in November) to the play-offs - and reached the EFL Trophy Final at Wembley, only losing to League One big boys, Sunderland. Tranmere owner Mark Pallios doesn't think it's good enough and sacks him nine days before the play-off semi-finals FFS!! www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57069049

Pallios. Ignorant cunt.
Called for heavier sanctions against us and continued to bitch about it once it had become obvious that FFP was dysfunctional.
Always had a soft spot for Tranmere being just over the water from the big two, but not with this self serving arsehole running the show

Our very own Ian Dawes is caretaker.

i checked out tranmere's forum to see what they think of his sacking and to be fair the vast majority are glad to see him go and didn't like him or think he was a good fit for the club. m.thefootballnetwork.net/boards/read/s383.htm?730,16983347,page=1 still seems bizzare to sack a manager right before the playoffs but obviously their fans know way more than we do and given they support his sacking i guess it was the right cakm

But if Ian Dawes gets them promoted it will have been the correct decision. Time will tell...

But if Ian Dawes gets them promoted it will have been the correct decision. Time will tell... the 50% win ratio since Hill took over might have something to do with it as well. Listen, Hill might be the antichrist for all I care, its just that I'd trust Pallios even less than I'd trust Uncle.

Well that worked well didn't it.
Pallios strikes again. Complete tosser. I wouldn't let him anywhere near a football club at any level.
