Yes, strange with the young keepers being let go, but having just checked the offish, I can see that we have three other u23 keepers in addition to Barnes (Cooper, Little, Middlehurst). Smyth has had his chance, and has turned out to be an average league one player at best. Same with Oteh, I reckon. Duncan I know nothing about, but Dalling looked like a player with potential IMO, but on the other hand he´s 22 already and only had one sub appearance during his recent loan spell in the National League! Probably indicative of a thing or two |
