What a shambles!! That reads to me like derby in EFL eyes are down but have appealed?? Am I reading it right I think Derby have been fine £100,000 (pathetic!) by an independent tribunal. The EFL has the option to appeal against the verdict and could call for a points deduction, which could (quite rightly!!!) see Derby relegated and Wycombe re-instated. Fingers crossed... |

The one positive about this shambles is that it further undermines the principal of FFP and the authority of the EFL.
It also upholds the tradition of massively inconsistent sanctioning by the EFL re FFP..
Legally, FFP = dead man walking. Pretty much. Thats why they're scared to make decisions.
