Yep. Smile and hug them before the game; kick fuck out of them during the game; smile, hug and have a drink with them after the game.

Don't like digging anyone out as this bunch have really entertained this season but the poor performers at Fulham for me were...
Dieng - Not as good as some would like to think. Appears to get beaten easily a lot of the time. Makes the odd great save as any GK should.
Odubajo - Had high hopes for him but the fella makes a monumental gaffe every single game. Always seems to get caught out of position and have hardly seen the red hot pace Warbs told he had.
Dickie - Been one of our best players this season but was invisible for Mitrovic's first goal. Allowed him to chest it down, control it, shoot and score
De Wijs - Didn't like him coming in for the better (IMO) Dunne. Allowed along with others Mitrovic to have a free header in the box to score. Criminal.
Ball - Was getting the run around from minute 1. Looked clumsy and off the pace.
Chair - Very quiet this game.
Austin - Looks really off the pace. Looks chunky, slow, lethargic and leggy and not scoring in the league. Super sub could be more effective.
Gray - Bar a couple of odd bright points in other games looks poor. Was woeful in his 25 mins cameo.
Expecting a BIG response against Blackburn without Johansen (suspended)

I’ve found it really frustrating reading here and on Twitter saying mistakes from likes of dickies and dieng are ok as they have credit in the bank. No set the highest of expectations and accept nothing less On current form we don’t need worry about either leaving in Jan as they are playing at their level

Never posted much on game day as was hammered Saturday but do want to say regardless of the score that Fulham side were vulnerable at the back if we went for them. All it took was movement up top and patience and we would have opened them up time and time again the one time we went down their throat and Dykes moved we scored
Must also say have given Dykes stick but his movement for the goal Was sublime
Really frustrating performance and result

doesn't really bother me that stef was all buddy buddy with the fulham players. he spent 5 good years there and no doubt made some good friends. stef is a model pro and i don't think anyone can question his professionalism. i doubt that he purposefully underperformed in the game to give fulham the edge. its one of those things, probably shouldn't have done it but its not really a big deal imo. I don't know, I think it shows the wrong mentality before a game. I am not being funny, he would have had all the time before the warm up (before going back into the changing rooms) to say hi, and then warm up and get your head in the game. When you are in the tunnel, you should be focused on you and your team mates. You're the captain, you should be inspiring your team. Slightly different eras but when Schimchael played against G Neville, G neville didn't shake his hand. When the Neville bros were captains of Utd vs Everton, they didn't look at each other. I am sure there are multiple examples but these were the most well known that I could think of. Don't get me wrong, if he put in a MOTM performance then I probably wouldn't have said anything. But he didn't, so this could be why (though of course, could have made zero difference).

I don't think you are comparing apples with apples. He didn't run on the pitch high fiving the QPR players. He came on, focused on what he had to do and the bastard did it! Fans clapping isn't the point here. He didn't run on and clap the QPR fans either.
