The QPR website is currently under review. The club are welcoming feedback from the SCC to identify which parts of the website you find user friendly and work well, and those aspects you think can be improved. Also what you find more difficult to navigate or you do not like as much. Please be as specific as possible so it can be targeted accordingly.
There is potentially going to be some upgrades ahead of next season.
Please leave any feedback in this thread and I'll make sure it gets fed back to the club. Thanks.

Buying tickets is painful experience they need sort that especially as it’s a revenue stream for the club.
And if we are buying tickets online where you download own ticket or put on own phone can’t see the need for handling fee. I know we blame ticket master but that seems a cop out

Tickets. Even the articles dont have a click here to buy, you have to log into your account and then go to the different ticketing part. Why not force you to log in when you are buying like most sites?
Getting your loyalty points is a faf.
QPR club shop website needs work as well. Images are poor, sizes make no sense without looking them up.

Logging in twice just to get tickets is a pain in the backside.
Just have one log in to access everything.

It's a piece of crap mate. If you interact with the club, tell them to give me a bell and I'll help them find someone decent to build them a new one! 🙂

Worse than that mate, I've got some sort of problem pairing to my customer number so I'm literally unable to purchase tickets online. Its an utter shambles of a site to be honest. No excuse for it either. Very easy to build a decent transactional website these days.

They also need to keep on top of things. I noticed tickets still apparently for sale on the headline page a couple of days after the game has been played sometimes.

Having to remove an advert to access the home page on the app really, seriously sucks...... As does having to log in again if you are buying tickets.

Excellent replies so far guys - especially the ones that are specific and detailed, as that's what the club will be able to address. (Not just general criticisms and whinging). We have a good relationship with the club, so this feedback can definitely make a difference.

I don't understand the ticket part of our site. If a new customer wants to come in, they read about it, then get told that you have to log in. That means that they have to sign up before even being able to see if there are any tickets that they actually want. It's backwards and not in keeping with everything else.
News etc should be second fiddle. Our main income is gate receipts. Make that the easiest process in the world.
For the tickets part, they should color code the seats. You don't know you are getting a restricted view unless you click on the seat. I know most are restricted even when they aren't classed as it, but not everyone knows. Just adds to the annoying experience.
Tickets in lower loft are a minefield for pricing as well.
I actually think the rest of the standard website is okay. Need to sort out images for the players and things but info is quite good.

Also pretty stupid, because you can easily check out availability without being logged in here: www.eticketing.co.uk/qpr/They should just provide the link, however you do need to create an account at the qpr.co.uk site if you actually want to buy anything there.

Difficult to find the QPR+ section. For me too. Usually takes 5 minutes before I manage to get stream working. Sometimes gives audio stream first and if that happens it's really difficult to find video stream.

Would be nice to be able to easily find fixture list, results, table and some player stats. Available elsewhere but would have thought quite important!

Ticketing - Why the need to have separate confusing routes to 'link' accounts? Just have a fucking tab for ticketing, home and away. It's really not hard. You can put your credentials from there on. Shop - Same as above. Why do a club that presumably want peoples money need fans to yes you guessed it 'link' an account to shop? If a 75 year old granny from Glasgow who's never seen us in her life wants to buy a QPR scarf then let her! We need the cash. Navigation around the site is awful. I can't believe we have such an inept website. Simplify it. Tabs with fixtures, shopping, tickets, squad area all basic things.
