Got to say, that was one of the worst performances I’ve seen for a long time.
I would go as far as saying it was worse than Fulham last week due to the quality of the opposition.
We couldn’t pass, couldn’t hold the ball, couldn’t put one decent ball in the box, and barely threatened their goalkeeper the whole match.
Not one player had a good game.
I think it was a mistake playing Dom Ball from the start after his Fulham performance and should have started with Willock. My son said that was too attacking but my argument was this is Peterborough not Fulham. I standby my thoughts.
Don’t like to say it again but Charlie Austin is just not cutting the mustard. He looks unfit, slow, non-threatening, and just hasn’t got that spark about him.
He is usually the first one geeing up the players and getting in peoples ears but even that seems to have stopped. He is definitely going through a very very bad patch. He needs to be benched and used for the last 15 or 20 minutes.
The problem is, Andre Gray doesn’t look any better or any fitter.
Fantastic Rangers turn out today but the players barely gave us anything to cheer about and in typical Rangers style we lost the game.
We will get nowhere near promotion playing like we have done in the last two away games. Really disappointing and onto the cup game we go
