i think palace have 2 years on eze contract (1 year extension) rumours of spurs being interested too which wouldn't be good as palace want ndombole and gil so would be open to a swap deal which would drive his price down.
if hypothetically we got £15-20m for eze though that'd be brilliant for us. even if we only spent £5m of that it'd go a long way for real investment.

Doesn't he play same position as Grealish? grealish is a winger who drifts inside. there's a gundogan side hole in city's side and eze would be the perfect player to fill go there. only thing holding eze back is he's not as hard a runner as gundogan is although eze makes up for it in ball control |

Not sure he has the legs for Pep. Also Pep's set up is very rigid, might not suit Eze.
On the other hand if they can pick him up cheap then arguably he could erm fill a hole.
Got a feeling they wont max the wedge on it, got a feeling they might swerve.

£14m would be a lifesaver. I think it’s best we get that just as transfer window ends. Use some of the cash to clear out all the dead wood, players and coaches. Need to get the cost down to be sustainable.
