Warbs, Dieng, Dunne, Johansen and Willock - all the stand out performers for me tonight and very tough having to pick one out.
Perhaps Dunne overall as he was relentless and dogged from start to finish and seemed to win every single defensive header.
But Dieng kept our lead right at the death and was solid, calm and dependable throughout.
Stefan's superb range of passing.
Willock as ever our creative spark and what an assist for the goal.
Then Warbs for getting his prep, game plan and subs to perfection.

Stef for me. Back to his best. Keep that up for the rest of the season and we won't be far off automatic.

Dieng edged it for me. He kept us in the match with many quality saves. Wallace not mentioned, but his impact on this team is huge. Just a pity that he isn`t a few years younger and not so proned to injuries.

Dunne’s best performance for us. Never second tonight, solid.

Johansen just ahead of Dieng. Dunne very good as well, as was Willock, Wallace, Albert, Dozzell, well the whole team were actually very good. Odd man out was Austin perhaps, but he worked hard, and if he scores one of his chances it's a different story.

Went for Wallace. The man is class, he's a machine. Hope his injury problems are behind him. Top player.

Psycho dunne. Just love watching his passion and improvement on the pitch game after game.
Still miss gizmo though and hope to see him fit soon.

stefan for me. bossed the midfield, covered for the defence and pulled off some excellent passes. wallace was great too and having him back in the side really shores things up at the back, we look so organized with him plus he links up greatly with chair and willock

Went for Dieng - absolutely solid performance which bred confidence among the back line.
Close though as there were so many good performances in particular Johansen and Dunne.
I have to say Dozzell is looking a decent player. Gives it away a bit too often but I like the way he is constantly looking to affect the game. Same goes for Amos and am glad he is back.

Three contenders for me in Dieng, Dunne and Steff but I went for the latter. Steff was back to his best and was heavily involved in a lot of the good stuff in that second half. Dozzell was the better of the two against Luton I thought and I really think he is starting to show why we bought him. Best recent signing for me is still Willock though. What a talent. He looks like he could comfortably make the move up to the Prem. I think we will get good money for him. Lovely player.

lots of ipswich fans were saying dozzell would do well with better players round him and with a better style than what ipswich played. never ripped up any trees there but think it was a case of square peg in a round hole kind of thing with him.
he's certainly growing into the side and is playing with confidence now which is great. first few games for us he was too cautious on the ball and shyed away from it but he's making runs, pressing and pulling off good forward passes. looks to be a good player tbh and likely the natural heir to stefan in a season or 2.

Would be interesting to see how a super solid 4-3-2-1 would fare against the better teams: Dieng Dickie, Gizmo, Psycho, Barbs Dozzel, Stefan, Field Chair, Willock Austin

dickie at RB would be terrifying lol. he's like the harry maguire of the championship, good on the ball, solid in the tackle but with the pace and turning circle of steven hawkin
