Bit gutted about this. I actually think he is a brilliant defender. Its just a shame, the amount of injuries he seems to pick up. |

I think this manager has earned the right to ask for a couple more as this is our chance of going up automatically. Give it a go Rangers not silly signings but a little bit of quality. Recruitment was we have been good these last 18 months.

Don't understand how Derby won't sell Tom Lawrence if there is an offer on the table for him. They are in admin and close to being unable to sustain their outgoings.
More likely is there is a bigger bidder than us.

Yeah, if those numbers are correct Corbs, can't think why we wouldn't just pay that. Unless part of the deal is matching his current wages. I'd imagine he's on a decent whack.

I reckon we have our targets and what we’re prepared to spend and if the two don’t come together we don’t do it which seems sensible approach |

Only thing that will change that is if money comes in for a player Westy. Can't see it, but if there is any substance to the rumour that a couple of Prem sides like the look of Dykes then I'd expect we'd shift him on a use the proceeds to bring a couple in.
Ditto Rob Dickie, although I'd think it would be unlikely that De Wijs would have gone out on loan if there was genuine interest in Dickie.
