Gibson is absolutely right.
For the past 4 years, derby have been splashing money around without a care in the world.
Nothing has happened to them.
How is it fair that some clubs get farked over, while others do what they want.

Cant we sell Loftus Road to Tony for say 50 million and then lease it back again for 10 yrs.
Mind you he would probably build houses on it and we would end up on shepherds bush green outside mac"y ds lol

As seen said elsewhere, these teams circumventing FFP in the short term may be setting themselves up for more pain further down the line by having no real assets left to borrow against.

Interesting that Gibson has come out and said this. I totally agree there are a few clubs in the Championship who's expenditure seems suspicious. Especially when you compare to the lengths we are going to at the moment to cut costs.
What I don't understand is how clubs can be cheating the system (aside from Derby, which is explained in the article). Is the suggestion that other clubs are doing Man City style phoney sponsorship deals?
