Austin and Dykes up front He will be knackered by 60 mins Then what Will be 1 up front with Willock possibly Cant see starting with both but hope he does i guess sinclair armstrong will be on the bench? i think the rule is a player can only play for 2 teams in a season but idk if that rule applies to non league teams. |

If Stef is back I'd play him and Amos (good at closing down when they try their "Swanselona" bollox) in place of Gray and Dozell.
Not really sure who to start over Austin on Dykes - guess it has to be Dykes and Charlie off the bench. As the general says you need to be able to bring a striker off the bench hopefully when they are tiring.

Shortness of breath isn't a typical symptom of Omicron. Omicron has adapted to thrive in the upper respiratory system (i.e. the nose and throat), as opposed to the lower respiratory system. Hence it is doesn't carry the same risk of developing into deadly pneumonia etc.
Perhaps you've been unlucky enough to catch the the tail end of the Delta wave Stainrod.

Just don’t over exert yourself and get plenty of rest. Sit up as much as possible and breath deeply in and down to your diaphragm and out. Plenty of YouTube breathing exercises on YouTube.
