Remember loads saying they would rather play in the championship then be in a relegation fight in the prem!!!
What’s the thoughts now???
Why people would choose this dire league over the premier goes over my head.
Championship is fucking awful division I hate it

I love the division when things are going well, some proper clubs in the mix and I hate the corporate side of the prem. having said that it really is fucking shit when your just knocking about in mid table going through the motions as we have been now for what seems like an eternity. I long for the days where going to qpr was fun and exciting, these days it just feels like we’re making up the numbers. Maybe the club needs to take a step back to move forwards again although in this day and age the financial implications could be horrific. We can’t keep slashing the budget and competing at this level. We’ve got some decent young players but no one to lead them. They seriously need to get this next appointment right.

We used to make the numbers up in the Prem now we’re doing it in championship

Westy. No chance of going down from the prem mate, we will be fighting off relegation until the inevitable happens and we go down another division.

Was that not what people were saying about going down from the prem We used to make the numbers up in the Prem now we’re doing it in championship I agree mate I don’t want to see rangers step down a level but sometimes it can galvanise a club. I know that’s what people said when we went down from the prem and it hasn’t worked but sometimes stripping it all back and starting again can be really good for a club. Either that or a fresh approach in the board room. I just can’t see us doing much at this level until there is a major change whatever that may be. Clubs with small budgets can operate at this level, look at preston, Brentford etc but these are well run clubs. We don’t seem to have it in us so something has got to change somewhere down the line. I can’t think of another club who has had two swipes at the golden egg and fucked it up as badly as rangers so if we have to step back to move forward I personally would be ok with that. It’s this dicking about doing next to fuck all that I can’t stand. Just my opinion of course |

totally disagree, the Premiership has three tiers and clubs like us will be in the bottom tier. Too many 6-0 hidings for my liking
