Playing Dykes again today after doing very little in the last few games to justify his selection brings up a similar situation to MW keep selecting JoeLumley when out of form. last few games or last few seasons 🤣😂 |

dykes has been woeful since reading and doesn't justify a place on the bench, let alone starting.
it was different last season when he went on that bad run as he was at least trying then but was totally shot of any confidence and second guessing himself. now though he's not even bothering to put a shift in at all.
gotta be one of the worst strikers in the division imo. he's brought in to lead the line and hold up the ball but even chair does better than him at that!

Dykes was our worst player v Huddersfield by a country mile. Everyone else put in a shift. Surely that is the bare minimum you should be able to expect from a well paid professional footballer.
