Also discussions continuing with five players. That's 11 players probably leaving. And we thought our squad was small! In fairness, Barnes has never played. Marshall and Westwood were only ever short term. Austin has looked way off it. Ball isn't really going to play. Wallace is very old and was getting injured a lot. None of them were a surprise to me and only 1 was a regular 1st team player in Wallace. |

THE CLUB can confirm six players will leave QPR at the end of the season following the expiry of their contracts. Charlie Austin, Dom Ball, Dillon Barnes, David Marshall, Lee Wallace and Kieren Westwood will all depart at the conclusion of the 2021/22 campaign. Gutted for Dom ball, and I was his biggest critic when we signed him. Looks like we are clearing the decks and lumping a bunch of kids into the squad. God help us next season. |
