Assess Wallace's fitness in the summer and if all clear keep him on. I'm a fan.
I know Tarbs will disagree 😅

We need young players, with speed. No more fucking dads army, bill and Wycombe look positively youthful compared to half this lot. Pace needed. Not pacemakers

Keep Moses. I think he is good. There are better than him but he does the job.
Not sure Adomah, Wallace, Marshall have another season in them.

Barbet is going. Heading back to France. I thought that was common knowledge.
To be honest, don't really see anyone on that list (aside from Barbet) as people we should be looking at as genuine starting 11 players. I like Ball as a squad player, but I doubt he'll stay after this season. Moses is OK as a backup but we desperately need a better option at right back (in my opinion). Wallace once again is only making 1 game out of 3 on average. Dunno why you'd ever want anyone that injury prone in a squad, let alone as a 1st 11 player on a big contract. Marshall I suppose is worth keeping, but the whole GK situation needs assessing and also hinges on whether Dieng is hanging around for another year. Wouldn't mind Adomah getting another year as long as he's gonna be realistic about his contract. I don't think he's worth keeping on what he's getting paid given the fact he's unlikely to be fit enough to play much more than a bit part role.
On the whole, we should be aiming for younger players that are fit enough to play every game. I'm sure there will be plenty of them looking for a club in the summer.

I find the old players we sign are just names to try and keep fans happy short term and a lazy option. Do some proper scouting

don't think we should keep moses tbh, better options out there and i'd prefer keeping adomah as our backup RB over him for the vibez and stuff.
think we should really do our utmost to bring in ryan nyambe of blackburn. his contract is up but he's one of the best RBs in the league and would walk into our team, plus its a signing of intent. he'd likely want decent wages+signing on fee but you'd save money on a transfer and he's only 24.

Ryan Nyambe did his ACL a month or 2 ago Corbs.
Edit: Just checked and the knee injury wasn't as bad as initially thought. I think he's just about back playing. Nyambe would be ideal if we could get him!

I think Moses is as good as we’re going to afford and he can play. Wallace can’t stay fit so sadly has to go. Keep the Cheerleader as he is clearly still fit enough to be an option, even if only as a squad player. Probably keep Ball. If I was Austin I’d be inclined to do the decent thing and ‘leave by mutual consent’ - he must know he’s past it now and probably has options outside football. See if we can get Rscot to arrange that £20m he was always on about for Dykes. Or loan him to Derby. I’d sign McCallum but only if he had a rigorous medical, like they put mega signings through. I’d also sign Sanderson. The guy can be a knob but there’s a player in there if you coach the knob out. Matron.

Mosses keep, Barbet keep (if poss), Albert if wages reflect his age.
I like Wallace but too injury prone - wd only poss be worth it on a much reduced "pay as you play" model.
Ball - been a great servant but we are stuffed with midfielders now, not sure how he even gets on the bench

Although I rate McCallum is it realistic to think we might get him, he reputedly cost Norwich £4m ?
Unless we get big money in I would guess any transfer fees out would be unlikely next season.

Not out of contract but has Kakay been given a run of 6 games or more at RB or RWB without being messed around plugging other gaps at CB and LWB ? He did well against Derby albeit for 15mins or so.
If there’s limited transfer fees available Moses looks comfortable either side.
A new CB looks priority to me if Barbet is off.

I’m yet to be fully convinced he’s as bad as he been made out to be.
Better defensively than Moses imo.

Keep: Moses, Adomah, Kaykay, Barbet, if he is not going home to France. Marshall and Wallace on low wages.

A few players getting mentioned on this thread that are not "out of contract" as the title suggests. Dykes, Kakay and Austin in particular. I've gotta be honest, I can't see Charlie going anywhere. He has another year on good money. Unless we wanna take a hit and loan him out for a contribution to his salary.
Kakay, I'd hang onto myself. A few on here saying he ain't up to this level. Personally, I'd don't think he's a bad squad player. Covers plenty of positions and always puts a shift in. Seems happy enough playing that role too. You need those sort of players to get through a Championship season.
As for Dykes, He either needs to be shifted on, or coached and utilised very differently than he has been this season. Utterly ineffective with the side set up how Warburton wants it.

Keep or go Moses Wallace Albert Marshall Dom Ball Another defender cant remember All depends if we can sign anyone better. But I don't have a problem with any of those. Attitude and effort is fine and they've all had some great games for us, and some not so great - like any player really. Todd Kane was arguably a 'good(ish)' player, but his attitude stank. We should build as much for the dressing room togetherness and team spirit as technical skill.
