International break now
I would make them all come in every day for two weeks and sort this mess out
They do not deserve any days off atm

Double training sessions
He’s not hard enough on them
Needs to be more ruthless friends with all the players

Double training sessions He’s not hard enough on them Needs to be more ruthless friends with all the players But Gen, it’s MW who dictates style of play, obsessed with possession even when we are chasing the game. He’s the one who makes the substitutions - Amos off today, why? Austin on for Gray instead of as well as Gray. Presumably MW takes training and we never take a dangerous free kick. He’ll never take us further.

Thought for a while now,it all serms to cosy. If we did win promotion which is dead in the water now,how many would retain their places not many imo. Warburton in the Prem i hate to think about so he would not last long.
Maybe they just all to comfortable and content and some just waiting for a better financial offer.
Possible some deals already done hence the lack of effort from some.

yeah that's absolute bollox frankly. This isn't the 70s when being a manager was a job for life. Bad runs and poor form cost too much money, and far more successful clubs have changed gaffers on a fairly regular basis.

Id give him until the end of the season. Would like him to get rid of his love child Hendricks, bring back Boone for the last few games and givearmstrong a run.
We are not going up, so let’s try something different for the remaining games.
Let’s stop the tippy tippy walking football boring bollocks and let’s just have a fucking go out there.
If he finishes above 9th, its still an improvement on last year even though he pissed away a glorious opportunity back in February when he decided to piss offawinning team by shoe horning that barcode bastard into our midfield.

Someone else pointed out that if we make progress from last year (points) then stick with.
He's had us playing very good football (Rowatt for example was getting slated by Millwall for boring football) for the most part. Improved year on year. He has an identity that QPR haven't had since Warnock and I think another summer window to fill in the gaps is what we/he needs.
If it still doesn't look like he's turned it around then there's a decent group of players for another manager to try get more out of.
It's QPR, we could win the next 5 games for all we know.

Bonne can't play for another team this year mate. The minute he was selected my Ipswich after the January transfer window, he became unavailable for selection for any other club. If we recalled him, he'd only be available for friendly games until next season. That aside, got an Ipswich fan at work who says he's been utter turd for months now. As for dispensing of the tippy tappy stuff, do you really expect the manager to change his ethos now? I know there was a period last season where we played a bit more direct. I'd actually love to know how much of that was down to the Manager or whether the players just took things into their own hands on the pitch. Regardless, this season it's really been back to keep possession at all costs. At times without any cutting edge altogether. My biggest worry is the players look to me like they are taking the piss a bit. A few of them out of shape, many of them not really putting a shift in. None of them even looked that arsed as we were getting stuffed twice in a week. The last few weeks just reek of "time for a change" to me. And if that is the case and a new manager can get us firing again, this season can still be salvaged.

Time to go foreign and should have done it a long time ago. A progressive talented continental coach is what's needed.
Need to think outside the box instead of all these boring tired old (usually British) names that keep getting regurgitated every time this happens.
Who trusts the board to make such an inspired well researched appointment though, is the question? I'd love them to surprise us though!!

Nah, doing well at Wycombe but they’re a bit like a tamer Wimbledon of old. Not sure that fits with us. Still think Shania’s suggestion of Farke is worth considering. Up, down and up again put a few quid in their bank. Would certainly be something different for us. Prob too expensive?
