FFS. There needs to be a complete revamp of coaching staff, Eustace is way too associated with the old regime. Same comments go for Banfield. New broom urgently required. Disagree with that. Useful guys to have around and both with decent CV's. The new Manager should be encouraged to keep them on. Yeah that's right Tarbs, tie his hands before he even gets through the door, typical Rs. If we're basically saying ' we want you but you have to keep X Y and Z ' we're ruling out the type of candidate we really need. |

Much better these days. We worked on the SEO by adding QPR, Queens Park Rangers, Forum etc into headings and topics. It takes a while but it's greatly improved our Google ranking. Previously we weren't even on page 1. Now we're 3rd highest when you search for QPR forum. So going from strength to strength with more traffic and members. If we exploited social media more it would be even busier but Brights and I aren't really into that. how’s numbers and traffic compare other site? What site is that? |

If we hire a new Manager and he wants to bring in his own backroom staff and it doesn't work out, I guarantee you'll be one of the first whinging about the cost of paying them off. Eustace, Banfield and pretty much everyone else on the coaching staff are well respected and qualified people for the jobs they are in. A change of Manager should not necessarily mean the whole coaching staff top to bottom need changing. The new Manager should at least come in and assess what existing staff before anyone new is brought in. |
