whats your problem? here's his reasoning; 1. rangers are bigger than us 2. he's said many times how much he loves the club given he was there for 2 years and won the league. 3. the club and fans love him. 4. it's an easy league, easier than this league. if he wins a cup or 2 his stock goes up. 5. he will have much more money to spend. rangers sold a few players in the summer but didn't spend any. 6. he's said that he wanted to manage rangers one day. whats so hard to understand about that reasoning? maybe if you could spend anywhere between 5-10 seconds thinking over things rather than posting the very first semblance of a thought that comes into your head you'd be able to work out his reasoning just as easily as everyone else!To be totally honest with you: After Wolverhampton, I don`t think everyone else is interested in your and Beale`s (supposed) reasoning just now. what on earth are you on about? |

All the paper talk is about Rangers making a formal approach to QPR. Bit like the Wolves situation.
Still to hear from Beale himself.
Only a month ago he was talking up 'integrity', so would be be very strange to go against that.

Only a month ago he was talking up 'integrity', so would be be very strange to go against that. i think the rangers job would be hard for him to turn down but ffs he must have known he'd be in the running for it weeks ago given GVB's poor form there so its hardly like this would all come as a surprise to him. the wolves links were unexpected so i can understand his surprise being linked to it but its something he should have learned from. all this radio silence is telling imo. i thought he'd distance himself from the job but lots of credible journo's are pretty much saying its a done deal, if beale didn't feel the timing was right for the job then he should have just come out and said right away. he's 42 so still very young for a manager and no doubt could go to rangers again in the future. again, i understand his reasons but feel like he's disrespecting us. |

My only issue with that Loftus is the fact he seems to want to be given the opportunity to consider and potentially discuss any approach made.
How are we meant to plan for the future with a manager who sees us as a stepping stone?
If Beale wants to be here, he needs to make more of an effort to distance himself from speculation like this. If he doesn't want to do that, he really should go and let us find a Manager who's committed to the cause.

Yeah, as much as I like Dyche, I agree with Westy that he doesn't quite fit this time around. Too expensive (both salary and transfer budget), and plays a different type of football to how we've set our stall out this season.
